Project Engineer - Located in the SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco, we renovated an existing Chinese import warehouse dating back to the 1950s. Key elements of the design included 40,000 square feet of end grain wood flooring over three floors, open steel and glass stair in the center of the space, a preserved clerestory to allow natural light and solar panels on the roof of the structure.
